Area Assembly - Saturday, February 11, 2012 - Maryknoll Center

The Assembly is composed of all Group Representatives and the AWSC (Area World Service Committee) which is composed of Area Officers, Coordinators, Liaisons and District Representatives.  Only Group Representatives (or Alternate Group Representatives, in their place) may vote at Assemblies.  All present have a voice.  Visitors are always welcome.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Everyone MUST enter through the Main Entrance in the front of the building.  Check in at the Security Desk and you will be directed to the Founders' Room  (look for small SNYA signs pointing the direction).  

If you are delivering supplies and heavier objects, have someone check in at the Main Entrance, explain... then pull around to the back near kitchen and unload your car.  One of our members will meet you there to open the door.

Meeting Times:             12 pm  -  Sign In starts

                                   12:15 - 12:45 pm  -  Concept Meeting for GRs with Alternate Delegate

                                   1 pm  -  Assembly starts

IMPORTANT:              Please bring your own lunch.  Refreshments will be available and include 

                                bagels, desserts, snacks, fruits, coffee, tea, water
